Simple and Direct Publishing reserves the right to refuse development of websites that they deem impropriate for view.


Websites designs offered under the this site are limited in design as follows:

Websites are limited to an average of two pictures per page.   Additional charges will apply if more is needed.

Designs are limited to 5 links or anchors, and can not exceed a length of 11 1/2 inches in length per page.  Additional charges will apply if more is needed.

Customer is required to provide Simple and Direct Publishing with website information in word format.  All pictures are to be in .jpeg format.  All pictures and other information must be sent via e-mail to:  info@simpleanddirectpublishing.com.

Monthly hosting fees are separate and must be paid to the hosting company at www.SmallBusinessToolsOnline.com  by debit or credit card.  Missed payments to hosting company will result in your site being disconnected from the internet.

Failure to make payments as agreed per promissory note to Simple and Direct Publishing could result in legal action.  See promissory note agreement.


Once your website is completed, if you wish to make any changes to your website plan, please contact: info@simpleanddirectpublishing.com.   We will assist you in making any changes to your plan.  Each website plan includes a monthly maintenance plan.  Maintenance minutes used over your plan will accrue fees at a rate of $25.00 per 1/2 hour. Minimum charge $25.00.
